Patty Arzate- Site Supervisor Patty has been with San Jose Gastroenterology since 2005. She is currently the Floor Supervisor at the Montpelier Office. Patty’s main duties include supporting the staff at Montpelier Office. She is also the personal assistant for Dr. Eduardo da Silveira. Patty has been in the medical field since 2000. As a certified medical assistant, Patty worked in a pediatrics office for 4 years and in a family practice for 1 year prior to joining San Jose Gastroenterology. Patty is bilingual in Spanish and English |
Gina Nguyen- Patient Coordinator Gina has been a part of San Jose Gastroenterology since September 2006. Gina’s main responsibility includes helping patients at the Montpelier office. She is also the personal assistant for Dr. Huy A. Nguyen. Gina has been working in the medical field for 8 years and she feels that it is her pleasure to be a part of San Jose Gastroenterology, providing quality care to our patients. Gina is bilingual in Vietnamese and English. |

Kristen Pham- Front-Desk Receptionist 
Kristen has been with a part of San Jose Gastroenterology since September 2002. Kristen’s main role at SGJI is helpng patients at the front desk at our Montpelier Office. She is also responsible for scheduling and reminding patients of their upcoming appointments. Prior to joining San Jose Gastroenterology, Kristen worked at Houston Eye Associates in Texas Medical Center for 4 years. Kristen describes herself as a very happy, social, and friendly person. Kristen has a second job on the weekends where she enjoys writing articles for the Vietnamese magazine The Gioi Nghe Si. She also loves to meet people at the Health Fair held by the doctors at SJGI since it helps her dedicate her time to the Vietnamese community. Kristen is happily married with her husband Kenny. She also has a little cute boy age 4 named Kaden Hoang. Kristen is bilingual in Vietnamese and English. |
Mimi Nguyen Medical Record Specialist Mimi has been a part of San Jose Gastroenterology since December 2006. Mimi’s main role at San Jose Gastroenterology is to take care of patient’s medical records. Additionally, Mimi has 9 years of experience in the medical field. Mimi enjoys working at San Jose Gastroenterology because she feels that all the doctors, managers, co-worker at SJGI are nice and helpful. Mimi also feels that she has accumulated a wide range of knowledge from working at SJGI. Mimi likes to help people and pledge that she will always be here for who ever that may need her help. |
Ngoc Bui- Patient Coordinator Ngoc has been a part of San Jose Gastroenterology since January 2005. Ngoc’s main responsibility at San Jose Gastroenterology is to help check out patients at the Montpelier office. Her daily responsibilities include giving preparation instructions for procedures to patients and helping them with clinical issues and questions. Additionally, she is also Dr. Khanh K Nguyen’s personal assistant. Ngoc has 8 years of experience in the medical field. It is her pleasure to provide the best service and care possible for SJGI patients. Ngoc’s hobbies include listening to instrumental music from Flamenco and New Age genres. Ngoc is bilingual in Vietnamese and English. |
