Meet our staff at O'Connor Office

Le Phan- Site Supervisor

Le has been a part of San Jose Gastroenterology since December 2008. Previously, Le worked for Dr. Huy N. Trinh from August 1991 when he was a solo practitioner, but in August 2001, she had to leave the office due to personal reasons.

Le is the Site Supervisor at our O'Connor Office. Her main duties includes supporting the staff at O'Connor as well as coordinate patients appoinments. She is also the personal assistant for Dr. Huy N. Trinh.

Le has been in the medical field since 1984 as a Certified Nursing Assistant prior to coming to San Jose Gastroenterology.

Le is bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

Hana Nguyen- Chart Prep Specialist

Hanh has been with San Jose Gastroenterology since April 2009.

Hanh brings with her 3 years of experience in the medical field. She very much enjoys her work as a front desk receptionist and preparing patient's charts.

Hanh is happily married and has two beautiful daughters ages 8 and 14.

Hanh is bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

Jasmine Cheung - Phone Receptionist

Jasmine joined San Jose Gastroenterology since August 2009.

Her main reponsibility is to answer incoming calls to San Jose Gastroenterology. She mainly schedule appointments and answer any questions our patients and other physicians may have.

Jasmine speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese and English.

Jolene Pham - Patient Coordinator/Medical Assistant

Jolene has joined San Jose Gastroenterology since July 2009.

Jolene has been in the medical field since 2003, she mainly responsible for coordinaing patients and scheduling procedures. also aid in the performance of in office procedures such as capsule endoscopy. As a Medical Assistant, Jolene helps with Hepatisis C training and vaccine injections training for our patients. Jolene is the personal assistant for Dr. Ruel T. Garcia.

Jolene is bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

Katelyn Manzo- SJGI Billing Associate

Katelyn has been with San Jose Gastroenterology since October 2008.

Katelyn’s main job responsibility is billing for the San Jose Gastroenterology offices.

Katelyn has been working in the medical field for about 3 years. Additionally, Katelyn also has 3 years of experience in the administrative field prior to joining SJGI. She enjoys working for SJGI and is very grateful to be part of the team here. Katelyn loves her job since billing is what she is most interested in and she enjoys the feeling of wanting to come to work everyday.

Katelyn is bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

Kelly - SJGI Billing Associate

Kelly has been with San Jose Gastroenterology since December 2007.

As a certified medical assistant, Kelly's main responsibility includes checking out patients, verifying insurance, and billing for the San Jose Gastroenterology offices.

In additional to English, Kelly also speaks Cantonese and Vietnamese.

Lan Nguyen- Medical Record Specialist

Lan has been a part of San Jose Gastroenterology since Spring 2005.

As a Medical Record Specialist, Lan’s main responsibility includes sending all GI reports to patients' primary care physicians, sending patient’s paper works to hospitals & surgery centers for procedure preparations.

Lan has been enjoying the medical field ever since she joined from a different a different arena. She has been married for almost 30 years with two great, grown kids.

Lan is bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

Lisa Ramirez- Phone Receptionist

Lisa has been a part of San Jose Gastroenterology since May 2008.

Lisa's responsibilities include helping any doctors, patients, lab, pharmacies, ect...who calls our offices. Lisa has been in the medical field the the last 3 years.

Lisa feels that she is truly blessed to be a part of this growing company. She is happily married with four beautiful children; two boys and two girls. Victor 14, Gerardo 8, Alicia 17 & Cristina 5. One of Lisa's favorite things to do is Praise the Lord in any & everything that she does.

Lisa is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Lynda Nguyen- Patient Coordinator

Lynda has been a part of San Jose Gastroenterology since 2006.

Lynda primarily coordinates patients for procedures. She also helps our patients at the front check-in desk.

Lynda is married and has beautiful children. Travelling anywhere in Europe, gardening with her little daughter Chloe, and thinking of her kids are among Lynda's favorite things to do.

Lynda is bilingual in Vietnamese and English.
